Ms. Oshra Alfasi began her position as principal of the Einstein High School in September 2013. Ms. Alfasi holds a doctorate in Philosophy from Bar Ilan University, and a BA in Education and Literature and MA in Education from Hebrew University. She is also a graduate of the Kerem Institute for Jewish-Humanistic Education, and the Ministry of Education course for school principals. For six years she was the principal of the high school at the Aleh Raziel Youth Village, where during her tenure she raised the percentage of children receiving matriculation certificates from 56% to 90%, doubled the number of pupils, and diversified the student body by recruiting students from the periphery. In addition to her current position, Ms. Alfasi serves as a mentor of new principals for the Ministry of Education.
